We are a strong, well established and professional company created in 2002 to provide outsourced payroll services to individuals and companies with over two decades of knowledge within the UK recruitment payroll market.

We have grown rapidly over the last few years with our skills, expertise and passion to succeed, we have big plans to improve on what we have achieved so far.

Our prestige Head Office complex in Birmingham houses all our teams: sales, customer services, payroll, accounts, HR, marketing and management. We currently work with 100s of client companies at any one time and have 1000s of individuals on our books in any one week.

We want industry at large to accept the principle that outsourcing backoffice functions is right and proper, and of course, that there is only one backoffice - us.

We are both a leading provider of financial and business payroll solutions to corporate clients utilising our PAYE payroll, accountancy and taxation expertise and a payroll services provider to individual contractors and recruitment agencies.

Our services include business payroll outsourcing, tax and accounting services for businesses, including limited companies and sole traders. Additionally, services from Backoffice can allow companies to look at tax efficient products for their temporary workers themselves. 

We also provide advice, support and services to individuals thinking of setting up a business and offer an umbrella scheme for contractors or sole trader products.

• Paying you – We run our payroll Wednesday of every week. We also run other multiple payrolls within a normal week and guarantee to pay contractors and temporary workers by BACS within 2 working days of receiving funds from the agency or end client. (Please remember BACS takes 3 working days to clear into an account).
• More control  & much less paperwork – Our easy-to-use online secure portal 'My Account' is open 24/7 and this allows all contractors and temporary workers to see all their wage slips, fill in their expense claims and print them off for posting. Workers will also be able to update their personal details - all of which allows customers to keep track of those all important documents and facts.
